Propagule Processing: Seed cleaning. Two seedlots were run through the Westrup Brush Machine one time at speed 11. Medium stiff brushes and a coarse shell were used. Both seedlots were aspirated at a vacuum of 0.015 inches of water. Scalping was done with a 75/1000 inch round hole screen to both seedlots. An indent cylinder, with size 12 holes, was used to further clean one seedlot.
