Herbicides and Establishment Of Unrooted Poplar Cuttings

After one growing season on tilled and un- tilled sandy loam sites, height of poplar cuttings on plots treated with simazine was twice that of those on plots treated with pronamide or linuron. Survival was unaffected by herbicides.
