Containers In The Rockies And Plains

Greenhouse-grown, containerized forest tree seedlings are gaining popularity in the Rocky Mountains and the Great Plains, where environment makes conventional nursery production difficult and survival of bare-root seedlings undependable. Several greenhouse operations are underway; more are planned.
