Seeds are then finished by air-screening, to remove chaff and inert material, using an office Clipper, with a top screen: 3 x 5/16 slot and a bottom screen: blank, medium speed, and medium air. Number of Seeds per Pound: 158,600, Purity: 99.5% (Oregon State University Seed Laboratory Analysis), X-Ray 100 Seeds: 98% Filled, TZ: 96% (Oregon State University Seed Laboratory Analysis), Moisture Content: 7.62% | ||

| Other Comments: | Squirreltail is a challenge to clean due to long reflexed awns, which aid in dispersal, that make this seed "flighty" and difficult to feed into the brush machine. | ||
