Some seed is Fall-sown in 10.5 in3 rootrainers with fac/up soil mix. These are overwintered where exposed to outside ambient temperatures. Also, cold-stored dry seed is sown in the Spring and placed in the greenhouse. | ||
| Establishment Phase: | Fall-sown seed containers are brought into the greenhouse in Spring. Germination was rapid in both the Fall-sown and Spring-sown containers. | ||
