A Germplasm Collection and Evaluation Program for Alnus Glutinosa

Collection and evaluation of Alnus glutinosa seed sources are discussed. Individual experiments involving the alder endophyte, early selection for shade and moisture stress tolerance, and breeding techniques also are discussed.
